Bailey Co. is the general contractor for the 1,900-square-foot addition for Youngblood Nissan Chrysler Kia. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect for the project and Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins is the engineer for the project, which has an estimated completion date of Aug. 30 and an estimated cost of $200,000. The project also comprises a remodel of Youngblood’s pre-owned vehicles division, which will house the Kia line along with pre-owned automobiles.
