Howard Bailey Co. is the general contractor for Youngblood Nissan’s remodel and addition, scheduled for completion this spring. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and the structural engineer for the project, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The total square footage, including the addition and remodel, is 18,500 square feet. The project will provide a new showroom, offices, service entrance and parts area.
