Yelp to close three offices in favor of remote work

Yelp is closing three U.S. offices after determining its employees prefer to work remotely.

The offices in Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C., are scheduled to shutter July 29.

"Combined, the three offices we're closing saw a weekly average utilization of less than 2% of the available workspaces," CEO Jeremy Stoppelman said.
