Yahoo closes book on several digital magazines

Yahoo is shuttering several of its online digital magazines.

The magazines are Yahoo Food, Yahoo Health, Yahoo Parenting, Yahoo Makers, Yahoo Travel, Yahoo Autos and Yahoo Real Estate.

The move falls in line with Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer's plan outlined earlier this month to cut $400 million in costs and reduce the company's staff by 15 percent.
