Office equipment manufacturer Xerox has penned a deal to buy printing software maker Lexmark International.
Xerox's purchase of Lexmark is worth around $1.5 billion.
The sellers are Chinese companies Ninestar Corp., PAG Asia Capital and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre.
