Xceligent files antitrust suit against CoStar

Commercial property data firm Xceligent filed an antitrust countersuit against The CoStar Group.

In the suit, Xceligent alleged CoStar created a monopoly and engaged in anticompetitive behavior for years.

The action in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri comes months after CoStar filed an intellectual property theft lawsuit against Xceligent.
