The World Trade Organization on Tuesday ruled the European Union may impose $4 billion worth of tariffs on U.S. goods.
The tariff list includes Boeing jets sold in Europe.
The Seattle Times reports the EU is unlikely to impose the tariffs before the U.S. presidential election, possibly setting up future transatlantic negotiations.
