World Bank pledges $12B in coronavirus aid

The World Bank pledged $12 billion to help developing countries deal with the spread of coronavirus.

Sri Lanka, Vietnam and the Philippines are most at risk to the economic impacts of the outbreak, according to the Overseas Development Institute.

Officials have warned that slowdown from the outbreak could move the countries into recession.
