The World Bank is predicting the global economy will slow for the third consecutive year.
The forecast calls for 2.4% growth this year. That would be down from 2.6% in 2023, 3% in 2022 and 6.2% in 2021.
The Associated Press cited high interest rates, inflation, trade and "a diminished China."
