Planned musical festival Woodstock 50 has been canceled.
Officials with the festival cited a change in venue to a smaller arena, the loss of artists and a legal dispute with a financial partner.
Headliners including Jay-Z, Miley Cyrus and The Raconteurs, as well as original Woodstock 1969 performers Santana, John Sebastian and Country Joe McDonald, previously said they would not be performing at Woodstock 50 before the official cancellation announcement.
