A woman is suing Bass Pro Shops after she claims she slipped and fell on vomit at the company's Memphis Pyramid store.
The lawsuit claims there were no warning signs, towels or mats. Further, it alleges workers knew about the mess and negelcted to clean it up or put up warnings.
The woman is seeking $140,000 in damages, as well as medical costs. She claims the fall damaged her left foot, left thumb, left shoulder, back and neck.
