A friend of a former Arkansas state senator has been charged with her murder.
Rebecca Lynn O’Donnell was charged with capital murder, abuse of a corpse and hindering physical evidence over the death of former state Sen. Linda Collins-Smith.
Collins-Smith, 57, was found dead in her home with a gunshot wound on June 4. Her body reportedly was found in an "advanced state of decomposition."
