Wiz walks away from $23B Google deal

Cybersecurity startup Wiz has reportedly called off a $23 billion acquisition deal by Google parent company Alphabet.

"Saying no to such humbling offers is tough," Wiz co-founder Assaf Rappaport said in an employee memo that was obtained by CNBC.

Wiz plans to pursue an initial public offering as previously planned, according to the report.
