Project description: Napleton Autowerks is moving its south-side car dealership to northeast Springfield. The company currently sells Porsche, Volkswagen and Mitsubishi brands on 8 acres on South Campbell Avenue. The new site, about 14 acres at U.S. Highway 65 and Division Street, will hold a nearly 28,000-square-foot Volkswagen dealership and a nearly 10,700-square-foot Porsche dealership, said Lance Garrett, vice president of Crossland Construction Co.’s Springfield division. BRP Architects is the project architect.
The first southwest Missouri location of EarthWise Pet, a national chain of pet supply stores, opened; Grey Oak Investments LLC relocated; and Hot Bowl by Everyday Thai LLC got its start.
