Project description: On 14 acres outside Partnership Industrial Center West, international bike rack company Kuat Innovations LLC is doubling its operations. Production by Kuat Racks occurs in China and Taiwan, while design, marketing, warehousing and wholesale logistics are handled locally, according to President Luke Kuschmeader. Designers with Arkifex Studios LLC have incorporated natural elements in the building because Kuat employees are cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.
