Winter 2010 A&E Profiles: Ross Williams Architects

Ross Williams Architects designed Buck Run at Roark, an independent and assisted living facility for HHLR LLC, a corporation registered to R. James Rhodes, according to the Missouri Secretary of State's Office. Engineers on the project are OS Engineering LLC and Rozell Engineering Co. Inc. The development will encompass 288 independent and assisted living studio to three-bedroom units ranging in size from 800 to 1,700 square feet. On-site amenities will include dining, activities, meeting rooms, a beauty shop and health care areas. There will be a separate clubhouse with an enclosed pool for water aerobics, spas, exercise areas, tennis courts and management offices. The site also will have features for storm-water control. Phase I, the first building, is slated for completion in the fall.
