Pellham-Phillips Architects and Engineers Inc. is doing engineering, architectural and interior design work for theater expansion and renovation for owner Hughes Brothers American Family Theatre in Branson. The lobby, retail area and restrooms are being renovated. A 4,350-square-foot addition will alleviate guest congestion in the lobby and more tan double the theater's retail sales space. More seating and restrooms will be added to the second-floor bistro. Included in the project is a new marquee and an expanded outdoor entrance. The project is slated for completion in the spring.
