Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Butch and Lisa Bettlach's 26,000-square-foot supermarket in Nixa. The architect for the project is Bates & Associates Architects Inc. Other engineers are Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil, and Miller Engineering PC, structural. Commerce Bank is the lender for the project, which is slated for completion this spring.
