Winter 2010 A&E Profiles: Creative Ink Architects LLC

Creative Ink Architects designed a privately owned, eight-story, 124-bed apartment building for owner/developer United Ministries in Higher Education, a Missouri State University student organization registered to Howard C. Cavner. Meridian Structural Works Inc. is the structural engineer, and Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The building will be a contemporary residence for Missouri State University students, fostering a community built around ideals that include service, citizenship, scholarship, care of the earth and spirituality. It also will house program and office space for UMHE's campus ministry. Completion is slated for June 2011.
