Winter 2010 A&E Profiles: Casey Architecture

Casey Architecture designed this 12,500-square-foot, four-story apartment building for owner/developer Miller O'Reilly Co. The structure comprises eight four-bedroom units. LaRose & Schober Engineering Inc. handled designs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Other engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural, and Olsson Associates Inc., civil. The lender for the project is Springfield First Community Bank. Scheduled for completion this summer, the project is designed to utilize energy-saving materials and principles, and the units will have Energy Star appliances.
