Winter 2010 A&E Profiles: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the structural engineer and architect for a 133-room, four-story Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, Kan. The project is a joint venture between the city of Manhattan and HCW LLC. Butler, Rosenbury is responsible for the design of the hotel, a 30,000-square-foot conference center and a four-story, 440-space parking garage. The Hilton franchise hotel will have an indoor pool, fitness center and Internet in the lobby. There also will be a full-service restaurant with sidewalk dining and a full bar, and direct connections from the hotel lobby to the conference center and parking garage. The estimated completion date is spring 2011.
