Winter 2010 A&E Profiles: Bates & Associates Architects Inc.

Bates & Associates Architects Inc. designed a 19,000-square-foot, three-story addition onto attorney Aaron Sachs' office building. The law firm will occupy the third floor, and the 8,000-square-foot second floor will be leased. There will be covered parking on the ground level. Engineers for the project have not yet been selected. BancorpSouth is the lender, and completion is slated for December.
