Naples, Florida-based Hoffmann Family of Cos., which is seeking to turn Augusta, Missouri, into an international wine destination, announced its second landscaping company purchase this month.
The company signed a letter of intent to buy Marthasville-based Ferguson Valley Nurseries for undisclosed terms.
Earlier this month, Hoffmann announced the purchase of Dutzow-based Town and Country Nursery.
