Naples, Florida-based Hoffmann Family of Cos. is buying a former seminary campus in Marthasville, Missouri.
The company plans to turn the campus into a winery and vineyard.
The Emmaus Home Complex is about 13 miles from Augusta, where Hoffmann is developing a project called Martha’s Vineyard and Winery.
