Windstream names CEO of REIT spinoff

Little Rock, Ark.-based Windstream Holdings Inc. announced last week it appointed a president and CEO for its real estate investment trust spinoff.

Kenny Gunderman will lead Communications Sales & Leasing Inc., which should be up and running in the first half of the year, according to Arkansas Business.

Gunderman is currently executive vice president and co-head of investment banking for Stephens Inc. of Little Rock, and the appointment is effective March 2.
