Window company to build $65M plant near Jefferson City

Quaker Window Products announced yesterday it would build a $65 million factory in Eldon, about 30 miles southwest of Jefferson City.

The window manufacturing company is expected to buy more than 100 acres of land for the 200,000-square-foot factory.

The company intends to create roughly 300 new jobs with the plant opening next fall.
