Morelock-Ross is the general contractor for Wilson Creek Center for owner/developer Kansas Plaza Center LLC. Marshall-Waters-Woody Associates Inc. is the architect for the 20,457-square-foot project. Engineers are JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC, structural; and Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical and electrical. Great Southern Bank is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $1.2 million and is scheduled for completion Aug. 15. Sperry Van Ness Rankin Co. LLC is the leasing agent for the retail and office center.
