American Crystal purchased all TAC outstanding shares. Company officials would not disclose the amount of the purchase.
TAC’s specialization in information technology allows American Crystal to secure a presence in the technology marketplace.
American Crystal’s assets had reached $750 million after its acquisition of Houston-based Talent Tree and Skillmaster Staffing, and Advantage HR of Connecticut, in the last two years. The TAC acquisition pushes the company’s assets to the $1 billion benchmark.
