Project description: Willard Public Schools is expanding its East Elementary campus with a new 9,000-square-foot addition. Designed and constructed to International Code Council 500 standards, the facility is meant to serve as a Federal Emergency Management Agency-related safe room and a multiuse space for students and the community. The room will include a full-size basketball and volleyball court, a music classroom and a raised platform to accommodate assemblies and events.
