Wichita, Kansas-based aerospace supplier TECT Aerospace filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Officials cited “catastrophic financial losses” in 2020 due to the pandemic and the production suspension of the Boeing 737 Max.
The company, which has more than 900 employees, will seek to sell two Wichita-area locations as part of the bankruptcy proceedings.
