Why is Ronald Reagan's name everywhere?

The answer is because of Grover Norquist.

From roadways to airports, the 40th president of the United States lent his moniker to scads of objects. But why?

According to CNN, less than a decade after his presidency ended, Reagan aides made a concerted effort to convince local governments to name places after their boss. Led by lobbyist and antitax activist Norquist, the Reagan Legacy Project was founded in 1997 with the goal of naming something substantial after Reagan in every state and, eventually, make the Gipper's mark in each of the nation's 3,144 counties.

Norquist’s first accomplishment was convincing Congress to change the name of Washington's National Airport to Reagan National Airport.
