Why Bullfighting

Crazy Jobs

Listen to PBR bullfighters Flint Rasmussen, Shorty Gorham, and Frank Newsom talk about their unique profession. They talk about why they each decided to pursue bullfighting as a career, from being called out in a dare to following in a friend’s footsteps to just plain being good at it. They discuss how they have to work as a team, intuiting what the bull and rider are likely to do in every single ride. They also discuss the satisfaction that comes from helping the cowboy make it to safety and the injuries and tragedies that are just part of the job.
