Whole Foods to pay $500K for overcharging NYC customers

Whole Foods has agreed to pay $500,000 to settle charges it overcharged New York City customers.

In addition, the company agreed to conduct quarterly in-store audits, training for employees and other initiatives.

In a statement, Whole Foods officials said they only agreed to the settlement so they could move on from the charges.
