Whole Foods Market has been sued over its beef marketing slogan, "No Antibiotics, Ever."
The suit from three consumers and animal welfare nonprofit Farm Forward alleges Whole Foods' beef recently has contained antibiotic and other pharmaceutical residue. The suit cites independent laboratory testing.
Whole Foods and parent company Amazon did not respond immediately for comment.
