Whole Foods CEOs admit to overcharging in NYC

Whole Foods co-CEOs John Mackey and Walter Robb admitted the chain has been overcharging customers in New York City stores, but promised that if that ever happens again they'll give the food to customers for free, according to CNNMoney.

"Straight up, we made some mistakes," Robb said in a video apology to customers. "We want to own that and tell you what we're doing about it."

Last month, the New York Department of Consumer Affairs accused the company of overstating the weight of some prepackaged products sold in the company’s stores in the city.
