Work continues on the vertical expansion of St. John’s Whiteside Clinic, where general contractor DeWitt & Associates is adding two floors comprising 66,000 square feet. The architect is Ireland & Associates Inc. Engineers are C&R Mechanical, mechanical; Stahl & Ponder, electrical; and Packard Engineering, structural. Whiteside Clinic’s original design accommodated the vertical expansion. The added space will house medical suites in St. John’s National Avenue Medical Building, which will be demolished to make room for a heart hospital. The Whiteside project, which has an estimated cost of $12.5 million, is scheduled for completion in early 2008. [[In-content Ad]]
