The White House issued new guidance urging Americans to avoid groups of more than 10.
President Donald Trump also asked that older people stay at home amid the coronavirus pandemic. The new guidance also called on Americans to avoid bars, restaurants and food courts, and to put a hold on discretionary travel.
"We'll see what happens, but they think August, could be July, could be longer than that," Trump said of the time when life might return to normal in the United States.
