White House pledges to make diapers more affordable

The White House announced yesterday a plan to make diapers more affordable for low-income families.

Through a collaboration with Jet.com, the maker of Cuties diapers, and several nonprofits, the initiative would give low-income families access to diapers that are 25 percent cheaper.

A White House blog post found roughly 1 in 3 families have difficulty finding the money to pay for diapers.
