The White House ordered two former aides of President Donald Trump to ignore House subpoenas.
White House officials said the aides, Rick Dearborn and Rob Porter, are "absolutely immune" from testifying because of "constitutional immunity."
The House panel is examining the Mueller report and whether Trump obstructed justice.
