White House, Congress agree on budget

Congress and the White House reached a budget deal.

The deal between congressional Democrats and the Trump administration calls on an increase in spending caps by $50 billion this year and $54 billion in 2020. The debt limit also would be lifted for two years.

The Trump administration had sought $150 billion in spending cuts.
