White House, Congress agree on $2T virus rescue bill

The White House and Senate leaders of both parties announced an agreement on a $2 trillion coronavirus rescue bill.

Aid is slated to be sent to businesses, workers and health care systems.

The package includes a one-time payment of $1,200 per adult and $500 per child directly to the public.
