They began with a huge amount of debt and when unexpected expenses kept coming up they had to have a strategy for dealing with vendors and the many others to whom they owed money. They talk about the logistical changes that helped them better manage their finances. They also discuss the personal sacrifices they made then and to a certain degree still make today in order to stay in business.
