WeWork co-founder sues SoftBank

WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann filed suit against SoftBank.

Neumann alleges breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty for SoftBank canceling a $3 billion deal to buy WeWork shares. He's seeking to join his lawsuit with one filed last month by WeWork’s board.

In canceling the deal, SoftBank officials cited COVID-19’s impact on the business, outstanding regulatory investigations and other issues.
