WeWork accepts $5B rescue deal from SoftBank

With the financing, SoftBank is increasing its stake in the U.S. office space sharing startup to about 80%.

Co-founder Adam Neumann is losing his board seat but may receive nearly $1.7 billion as he sells his shares.
