Magers Management Co. is the owner and developer of Westside Plaza, a lifestyle center in Nixa similar in style to Battlefield Market Place, also developed by the Magers group. Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor on the 23,800-square-foot project, and Slone Architects PC is the architect. Engineers on the project are Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical; and Lee Engineering, civil. Rob Murray of R.B. Murray Co. is the leasing agent on the approximately $3.5 million project. The project is scheduled for completion May 15.
