Westlake Ace Hardware, which is based in the Kansas City area, announced the acquisition of a two-unit company in Kansas.
The deal for family-owned hardware retailer Olson’s Ace Hardware is slated to close in early November.
The stores in Coffeyville and Parsons, Kansas, will undergo remodeling and take on the Westlake Ace Hardware name.
