West Plains retiree sells Springfield commercial buildings

Posted online
Commercial real estate investor Greg Hansen, of West Plains, sold two Springfield commercial buildings for undisclosed prices to D-7 Holdings LLC.

The buildings house insurance firm Barker Phillips Jackson, 1500 E. Sunshine St., and the corporate offices of fast-food franchisee Ozark Restaurants Inc., 4208 W. Quail Creek. Mike Fusek of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. brokered the deals in late November and early December.

Hansen, a retired motel owner/operator, said he sold the properties under his Hansen Holiday Corp. to fund the acquisition of an office condo at 1200 E. Woodhurst, which houses marketing firm The Marlin Network. Hansen acquired the West Quail Creek and East Sunshine buildings in 2003.

Principal members of D-7 Holdings declined to speak about the transactions, according to Fusek.[[In-content Ad]]
