Wells Fargo & Co. named Betsy Duke as the first woman to oversee one of the nation’s largest banks.
Duke, a former Federal Reserve governor, will become chairwoman of the Wells Fargo board at the start of 2018.
She succeeds Stephen Sanger as part of a broader board overhaul.
