Wells Fargo announced yesterday the sudden exit of President and CEO Tim Sloan.
The company said Sloan would retire at the end of June but would step down immediately.
Sloan said in a statement the bank would “benefit from a new CEO and fresh perspectives."
General Counsel Allen Parker was named interim president and CEO.
