Welcome to the 2010 Parade of Homes

Posted online
Editor's Note: The work of Springfield-area home builders is on display for two weekends in June for the 2010 Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield. Features for each of the 17 parade stops - and directions to each home - are presented below. This year's parade homes range in price from $118,900 to $750,000.

And one of the parade stops isn't a home at all. Builder A.G. Paul's The Sound of Freedom USA gun range, built with an estimated construction cost of $1.5 million, also will be open to visitors during Parade of Homes hours.

Many of this year's homes are in Springfield, but with stops also in Blue Eye, Nixa, Ozark, Republic and Rogersville, the annual event offers up-close views of what's new in home building as well as a chance to enjoy a drive thorugh the scenic Ozarks hills.
